Privacy Policy
Weird World Media, LLC is a limited liability company registered in Washington State, United States. This policy explains what we learn when you visit this website or write to us, and what we do with it.
Each of our apps has its own privacy policy explaining what that app collects. You will find it in the app and on its store listing. metabomap's is at metabomap.com/privacy.
The short version: this website has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics, or ads, and we keep no record of who visits it.
Visiting this website
Pages are delivered by Amazon Web Services through its CloudFront network. To send you a page, AWS has to handle your IP address, the details your browser sends with every request (such as its type and language), and the address of the page you asked for. AWS processes this to deliver and protect the site. We have not turned on access logging, so none of it is stored for us or passed to us.
The home page shows the metabomap logo, which your browser loads from metabomap.com, another of our sites. That request is covered by metabomap's privacy policy.
Writing to us
If you email info@weirdworldmedia.com, we receive your email address, your message, and anything you attach. We use them to reply to you and to keep a record of the conversation, and for nothing else. We keep them while they are useful for that, and delete them sooner if you ask. Our email provider stores these messages on our behalf.
Who else receives it
- Amazon Web Services delivers this website, as described above.
- Our email provider stores the messages you send us.
We do not sell personal information, share it for advertising, or use it to build a profile of you. We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to certain processing or to complain to your local data protection authority. We answer every request we can verify, normally within 30 days, and we do not charge for it.
To make a request, email info@weirdworldmedia.com. For data held by one of our apps, that app's privacy policy explains how to have it deleted, often from inside the app itself.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has written to us, tell us and we will delete the message.
Where it is handled
We are based in the United States, and the email you send us is stored there. AWS may deliver pages to you from a location closer to where you are.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
